Office Hours and Fees

Office Hours:
Business hours at The New Leaf Center are Monday through Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Appointment Times:
Individual counseling sessions at The New Leaf Center are scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

Group counseling sessions are held on Monday afternoons, Monday evenings, Tuesday evenings, and Thursday afternoons.

Before beginning any group counseling program at The New Leaf Center, clients must meet with the group therapist for at least one individual session to determine if the group is appropriate for their needs.

Fees: Fees are due when services are rendered. Payment may be made by cash, check, MasterCard or Visa.

Individual Counseling Sessions, 50 minutes	$ 140

Evaluation, Off-site	$ 850
Court Appearance, Half Day	$ 800
Court Appearance, Full Day	$1,600
Phone Calls, each 30 minute increment	$ 75
Evening Appointments, per 50-minute session	$ 190
Weekend Appointments, per hour (2 hour minimum)	$ 190

Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be cancelled 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

The New Leaf Center doesn't accept insurance assignments and doesn't file insurance claims. If requested, a receipt will be provided to clients wishing to submit a claim to their insurance company for benefits payable to themselves. Fees are due to The New Leaf Center at the time services are rendered.
