Starting February 17, 2012... HEALING YOUR PAST Inner Child Workshop An experiential workshop series to help reclaim your wounded self Embark on a journey to embrace the child within in this experiential workshop series utilizing methods from John Bradshaw’s The Homecoming. While growing to adulthood, we go through a number of developmental stages. Healing our inner child involves going back through these developmental stages and finishing our unfinished business. This process helps us recognize and connect to the frozen feelings of the past and teaches us to champion and nurture our inner child. The result is that old wounds are healed and many of us experience a new freedom, sense a new power and creative force in our lives, and we come to know a stronger spiritual connectedness than ever before. Are you continually frustrated when you try to talk about problems with no result? • Communication Skills: There are essentially two components to communication skills – listening and expressing your feelings.
